It's hard to describe Geneva Sky in a nutshell, but I guess to put it simply, Geneva Sky is like a big pot of mulligan stew - there's a little bit of everything, and it's not always the same...

Geneva Sky plays a mixture of folk, swing, western, bluegrass, rock, jazz, blues and other types of acoustic music.  Each "incarnation" of the band offers something special - from the simple, intimate solo gigs with JL Friesen, to the upbeat, wild shows with the whole band - Geneva Sky will draw you into the music, and leave you wanting more.

Our new album, Catchin' Out, is our second official album, featuring all four members of the band - JL Friesen, John and Mick McCarty, and Mack Salmon - p laying a mixture of folk, swing and western.  Catchin' Out was released January 13, 2012 during an acoustic show at the Artichoke Sandwich Bar in Wichita, KS.
